Tangdi Golumbaaz Recipe – How To Make Tangdi Golumbaaz

Tangdi golumbaaz is a mouthwatering chicken drumstick mixed with mustard paste, raisins and egg. Served with sauce and garnished with olives.

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 Pieces chicken drumsticks

For the marination

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp raisins ( chopped)
  • 2 eggs ( beaten)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil to fry.

For the sauce

  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • a dash of tobacco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp chilli chaat masala powder

For The Garnishing:

  • 2 tbsp capsicum Juliennes of yellow/ green
  • 3-4 sliced green stuffed olives.

How to make tangdi golumbaaz:

  1. Par boil the chicken, apply the marination, coat the flesh part with the cheese and raisin mixture and dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Remove and serve hot.
  4. For the Sauce: Mix together all the sauces and serve with hot chicken snack.
